Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Specialist
Our team is seeking a skilled grounds maintenance specialist to perform gardening tasks, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain gardens, parks, or other outdoor spaces through regular pruning, weeding, and mowing.
* Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating effectively with clients and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
* Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing weather conditions and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 2-3 years of experience in horticulture or a related field.
* Certificate II in Horticulture (preferably).
* Availability to work Monday to Friday, with set hours.
