As a passionate and motivated individual, you'll have the opportunity to lead our store team, develop their skills, and drive sales growth while maintaining excellent customer service.

About the Role:

* Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and delivery coordination.
* Coach the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless shopping journeys throughout the store.
* Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and managing controllable costs.
* Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager.
* Develop the team through training programs focused on customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
* Encourage employee development by providing regular feedback.
* Regular Sunday work is required for this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring efficient store operations.
* Previous leadership or key-holding experience is advantageous.
