We’re looking for a dedicated finance professional to join our Operations Finance team on a 12‑month fixed term basis. Reporting to the Manager – Operations Finance, you will become part of a high‑performing team, utilising your accounting expertise to deliver essential monthly reporting, analysis and strategic insights to key stakeholders. You’ll partner closely with senior operational leaders, whilst ensuring statutory and corporate reporting requirements are met. Responsibilities

Provide financial support, analysis and insight to CBH’s Operations division Support the quarterly forecasting and budgeting processes Complete assigned month‑end reporting & reconciliation tasks Support the financial year end close and interact with auditors Participate in CBH Group projects, initiatives and continuous improvement activities Streamline, standardise and document financial reporting processes About You

Accounting degree (or similar) and CA or CPA qualification, with demonstrated experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills and strong attention to detail Advanced Excel and Power BI skills Experience with SAP/Oracle is beneficial Ability to travel on an ad‑hoc basis where required Why work with CBH?
