Responsibilities
* Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and debtor follow-up
* Perform bank and credit card reconciliations using MYOB and Xero
* Ensure accurate data entry with correct project and cost centre allocations
* Maintain organised financial records and supplier registers
* Prepare batch payments and support supplier setup
* Administer end-to-end payroll using Employment Hero
* Support employee onboarding including TFN declarations, superannuation, bank details and personal information
* Lodge Single Touch Payroll submissions with the ATO
* Liaise with salary packaging providers and manage payroll submissions
* Import payroll journals into MYOB/Xero and allocate wages to funding projects and job codes
* Reconcile salary sacrifice and payroll clearing accounts
* Reconcile and lodge superannuation payments
* Maintain accurate employee records, leave balances and entitlements
* Provide payroll and HR system support to staff and managers
Your Profile
What You'll Bring
* Demonstrated experience working in a not-for-profit organisation, ideally within the community services sector
* Proven experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and bookkeeping
* Strong working knowledge of MYOB and Xero
* Proven experience administering end-to-end payroll
* High proficiency with Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems
* Sound understanding of payroll legislation, awards, STP and superannuation compliance
* Experience allocating costs across projects and cost centres
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and provide support across finance, payroll and operations
