The Candidate:
* Hands-on facilities or commercial building management experience
* Strong technical knowledge: HVAC, building systems, essential services
* Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and service providers
* Solid understanding of compliance, WH&S, and environmental obligations
* Initiative, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills
