Chief Revenue Officer
The Chief Revenue Officer is a leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, managing direct sales teams and dealer sales partners, and achieving revenue goals. This role will define the direction of sales efforts, identify growth opportunities, and ensure that sales targets are met.
Sales focus areas include delivering strategic and operational objectives for ongoing growth, developing sales strategies to improve volume per customer segment, collaborating with internal and external teams to implement, achieving budgeted sales and operating margins within approved expenses, providing regular sales activity reports, including weekly forecasts, fostering staff development and identifying opportunities for advancement, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
This includes:
* Developing analytics to track sales performance, including pipeline, forecasts, CRM usage, and lead management.
* Establishing metrics and KPIs to measure and monitor success across channels and territories.
* Setting individual goals and performance expectations; participating in compensation planning aligned with company strategy.
