About the Role:

* Working closely with our interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement behaviour support plans that maximize NDIS funding.
* Conducting functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) and providing expert advice on intervention strategies.
* Building meaningful relationships with participants, their supports, and families to ensure person-centred care.
* Collaborating with colleagues to address complex behavioural challenges and share best practices.

Requirements:

* A relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) in a field such as psychology, social work, occupational therapy, or nursing.
* Relevant registration and/or certification, such as AHPRA or SPA registration.
* At least 12 months of experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner or in a related role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
