Key Responsibilities
* Design and facilitate reflection sessions, learning circles, and reviews that transform experiences and feedback into actionable insights for teams.
* Lead organisational learning processes to explore critical questions about effectiveness and identify where efforts should focus for maximum impact.
* Create dashboards and automated reports that bring impact to life, showing how work connects communities with government, builds sector capability, and removes barriers to local change.
* Coordinate data collection activities across the organisation and create simple tools that make it easy for colleagues to participate in evaluation processes.
* Nurture positive relationships with diverse stakeholders, including community members, partners, funders, creatives, and suppliers.
Selection Criteria
* A strong proficiency in Power BI, with experience developing dashboards, visualisations, and automated reports that communicate impact clearly to diverse audiences.
* PASSION FOR ADVANCING SOCIAL CHANGE through data-driven approaches, empowering communities, and strengthening the work of those closest to it.
* Experience in reporting, organisational learning, or similar roles where technical and stakeholder-centric responsibilities are balanced.
* Confidence in facilitating reflective learning sessions, translating data into meaningful insights, and supporting evidence-informed decision-making.
* Ability to translate data and information into accessible insights for diverse stakeholders, balancing strategic storytelling with transparency.
* Experience working with external evaluators, coordinating data collection, supporting process design, and managing relationships effectively.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with a proactive and adaptable approach.
