About the Role Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and forming part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Chief Information Officer will lead the strategic and operational direction of the technology function across the Lite n’ Easy group. This is a key leadership role with broad remit, encompassing IT, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, data and business intelligence, and digital product development. The CIO will play a central role in shaping customer experience and business performance through innovative, scalable, and resilient technology solutions making it ideal for a hands-on, forward-thinking leader passionate about driving change in a dynamic, e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a technology strategy aligned with business growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency Lead and uplift internal teams across IT operations, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business systems Champion digital experiences that improve customer acquisition, reorder rates, and delivery performance Oversee the delivery of enterprise projects and system upgrades, including customer-facing tech initiatives Drive the organisation’s data and BI maturity to support real-time analytics and decision making Ensure robust, secure, and scalable technology infrastructure that enables long-term success Foster a collaborative and innovative culture across technology and cross-functional teams About You You’re a digitally driven, customer-focused technology leader with deep experience in transforming complex environments. You have a commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering meaningful outcomes through people and technology.
