Business Banking Consultant
As a Business Banking Consultant, you will support small business customers via inbound calls with Business Banking enquiries, account openings, and/or processes while balancing team, customer, risk and performance outcomes.
* Respond to incoming calls from Business Banking customers.
* Complete follow-up tasks that require outbound calls to Business Banking customers.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Work within a quality-driven and compliant environment.
* Manage complaints within required timeframes, policy and procedures.
* Collaborate across channels to meet customer needs.
* Previous Banking customer service/sales experience (not mandatory).
* Experience within a contact centre environment or an operational/support role preferred.
* High level computer literacy and navigation skills.
* Experience in delivering high-quality customer experience within required timeframes.
* Demonstrated ability to use customer and commercial acumen to enhance overall performance across people, customer, and risk measures.
* Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).
* Demonstrated ability to work as a supportive team member.
