Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager Role

We have experience across various disciplines:
* Aviation
* Water
* Transport
* Energy (Transmission and Renewable)
* Defence (Baseline or NV1 clearance required)
* Civil infrastructure (earthworks and other services)
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain key success criteria established for each project.
* Delivery of projects with minimal impact on existing operations.
* Project development - identifying scope of works based on client needs.
* Stakeholder coordination - identification of stakeholders and liaison with all parties.
* Procurement Coordination - contract drafting, tender preparations, and management.
* Approvals & Planning - working with the wider project team to obtain necessary approvals.
* Contract Management - ensuring compliance with contract terms.
* Construction management - control of construction site management.
* Risk and issues management - ensuring early identification of project risks.
* Quality management - adherence to expected quality standards.
* Cost and time management - planning and forecasting project spend and delivery milestones.
Minimum Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience.
* Experience working in building construction ideal.
* Awareness of Australian building standards / codes.
* Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages.
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-functional projects financially and leading a team.
* Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced customer-centric organisation.
* Experience in the development and delivery of projects in existing operational environments.
* Positive attitude with ability to contribute to the wider team beyond assigned projects.
* Highly proficient communication skills.
* Proactive approach to problem solving.
