What will you do?
Manage inbound maintenance enquiries and follow up on sales leads
Engage with prospective customers to understand maintenance requirements
Support external sales activity across a defined regional territory
Attend client meetings to assess needs and provide suitable solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Coordinate after‑sales support and ongoing client communication

What will you need?
Background in facilities management, building services, civil or industrial services
Experience in sales or maintenance‑focused sales roles
Experience using CRM systems
