About the Role
You will provide high-quality financial counselling to support individuals and families in achieving financial stability.
* Deliver financial guidance to clients experiencing financial hardship due to gambling-related issues.
* Offer one-on-one coaching, case management, and education on financial matters.
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to reporting requirements.
* Foster partnerships to promote our financial counselling services.
To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and organisational skills. Accredited members of relevant professional associations are preferred, as are qualifications such as a Diploma of Community Services (Financial Counselling).
