About The Service
We are a specialised statewide eating disorders service made up of two closely linked programs: an adult Day Program in Newcastle and a 12-bed Residential facility in Charlestown. We receive referrals from across NSW and deliver intensive, multidisciplinary treatment within a rehabilitation and recovery framework. Our residential service has been open for less than a year, and we are continuing to grow, refine and innovate our model of care.
We work collaboratively across disciplines in a supportive environment where the focus is on recovery, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement.

Our work is fast-paced and clinically complex, but also deeply supportive. We share ideas openly, celebrate innovation, and maintain a culture grounded in compassion, cultural respect and recovery‑oriented practice.
