You will proactively assess training needs and delivery of structured prerequisite eLearning and deliver training classroom-based learning sessions and activities, required to meet the learning needs of the end users. What you'll do
* Initiate and influence relationships with and between internal and external stakeholders, to proactively manage needs, expectations, mitigate risks and support change.
* Undertake local environmental assessments to determine availability of training facilities and equipment to support the delivery of the required learning sessions to end users.
* Undertake detailed stakeholder and end user analysis to inform the Training Needs Analysis for the local business implementation groups.
* Document detailed analysis to ensure local requirements and business imperatives can be accurately and completely communicated to the Central IWFM Training in advance of training delivery.
* Coordinate and schedule the delivery of education and training interventions in collaboration with local Subject Matter Experts and Central IWFM Training Team.
