The Opportunity
Queanbeyan Hospital’s Emergency Department provides 24/7 urgent and emergency care for the local community. It is staffed by doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals trained to manage a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. The department works closely with Canberra Hospital for specialist referrals and higher-level care when needed. Patients are assessed and treated based on urgency, ensuring timely care for critical conditions. This 29‑bed facility has an 8-chair day surgery and a renal service unit. Community and comprehensive mental health services are co‑located on site, and they are looking for ED CMO (PGY5+) Locum Doctors to work in the Emergency Department.

Located in Southern NSW, Queanbeyan is just a hop, skip and jump to the national capital Canberra.
Essential Criteria
