Volvo Group Australia manages the manufacturing, distribution and operation of well-known brands such as Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Bus, Volvo Penta, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Financial Services.
This role will work for Volvo Commercial Vehicles (VCV), who are the primary commercial vehicle distribution centre’s for Volvo Trucks and Buses, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks.
What You Will Do
At VCV Brisbane South, you will be responsible for providing an efficient after-sales service by identifying, sourcing and selling truck and bus parts to our valued customers.
Your Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Daily upkeep of retail displaysHighlight current specials for customer visibilityActively market and sell parts to meet business targetsDevelop and maintain customer base, generating new businessCoordinate and implement the supply of Parts and Parts ServicesRespond efficiently to customer enquiries, process invoices, and handle returnsProvide prompt and courteous service to customersEffectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team membersPerform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and orderingRaise vendor purchase orders and maintain documentation.
Your future team
Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will work in a team of 15 Parts Interpreters and Team Leads, as well as alongside the Warehouse team of 7. You’ll be based full time at our Brisbane South dealership in Wacol, which sits beside our Volvo Group Australia headquarters.
