Our client, based just 45 minutes south of Perth and 15 minutes from the beach is currently hiring for an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian(3+ years) ready to step into a role that offers variety, support, and real career progression. Whether you thrive in general practice or love the adrenaline of emergency cases, there’s a place for you here.
The Role:
* Full-time, permanent position (38 hours/week across 4 shifts)
* Choose from day shifts (8am–6pm) or emergency shifts (5pm–11pm)
* Salary: $120 - $150k per annumdepending on experience
* Sole charge may be required, but you’re never truly on your own
* A mix of consults, diagnostics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency cases
You’ll join a dynamic team of 150+ staff, including 100+ full-timers, all under one roof. Their hospital has everything you’d expect: advanced surgical theatres, diagnostic equipment, dedicated emergency teams, and supportive staff to streamline consultations. They also have exciting growth plans underway: Their equine divisionis expanding with 6 new indoor foal stables and 7 paddocks by January 2026.
