* Operational Expertise : Strong skills in stock management, warehousing, and inventory control to ensure smooth store operations

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach and develop the leadership and sales team to achieve KPIs and business objectives
* Drive profitability across all store functions

* Drive customer service excellence, leading by example all the way
