Role Description
As a dedicated Preschool Field Officer, you will play a pivotal role in promoting inclusive education within Victorian government-funded kindergartens.
Your key responsibilities will include planning and supporting inclusive teaching practices, offering relevant resources to educators, and fostering strong family partnerships.
* Develop and implement high-quality, inclusive early childhood education and care programs in 3 and 4-year-old kindergartens
* Collaborate closely with other professionals to deliver coordinated care
By providing expert guidance and strategies, you will help build the capacity of educators to include children with additional needs meaningfully in all aspects of early learning.
This position is about ensuring that every child is not only included—but celebrated—for who they are and how they learn best.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Key qualifications for this role include:
* Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent
* Current Victorian driver licence
