About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Leader to oversee our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on quality, creativity, and leadership.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and compliance in your section.
2. Support menu development, kitchen organisation, and team leadership under guidance from senior chefs.
3. Manage stock levels, control costs, and minimise waste to maximise efficiency.
4. Train, inspire, and guide junior team members in their culinary development.
5. Collaborate with F&B and other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
Requirements:
* Certificate or Diploma in Commercial Cookery from a registered training provider.
* Previous experience in a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen with shift leadership responsibility.
* Strong time management and communication skills.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
