About The Role
The English and HASS Teacher inspires students to think critically, communicate effectively, and engage deeply with the world around them. Through English and HASS, you will nurture a love of reading, writing, and analysis while fostering curiosity about history, culture, and society. You'll support students to develop essential skills in research, problem-solving, and informed discussion, preparing them to be thoughtful, responsible, and engaged global citizens. With a focus on both academic growth and personal development, you will play a key part in shaping well-rounded learners who are confident in expressing their ideas and understanding diverse perspectives. Through collaboration, you will work closely with passionate colleagues and build meaningful connections with families to foster a supportive learning community. Qualifications
* Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching
* ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
* ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) registration
