THE OPPORTUNITY

Lightforce Group is seeking a commercially astute and strategically driven National Accounts & OEM Manager to lead and grow our most significant national customer relationships and OEM partnerships.

This is a senior role within our Sales & Marketing function, responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening long‐term commercial partnerships, and contributing meaningfully to national sales strategy.

Reporting to the National Sales & Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a high‐value national portfolio (typically $2M+ annually) and lead end‐to‐end account management – from strategic planning and commercial negotiation through to renewal, expansion and performance optimisation.

You will also play a critical role in identifying and managing OEM partnerships aligned with our product and market strategy, working closely with engineering, product development, operations and finance to ensure commercial and operational alignment.

This is a highly visible position requiring strong commercial judgement, executive‐level relationship management and the ability to influence across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manage and sustainably grow a portfolio of high‐value national accounts.
* Deliver 15–20% year‐on‐year revenue growth across your portfolio.
* Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing strategy and renewals (target 90%+ retention).
* Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer and company objectives.
* Identify and convert upsell and cross‐sell opportunities.
* Build C‐suite and multi‐site relationships across customer organisations.
* Develop and manage profitable OEM partnerships.
* Monitor margin, forecasting, pipeline and program performance.
* Contribute to national sales strategy, pricing frameworks and go‐to‐market initiatives.
* Represent the business at trade events and strategic customer engagements.
* Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring consistent service and delivery excellence.

ABOUT YOU

You are a senior B2B national account professional who combines commercial rigour with strategic relationship leadership.

* 5+ years' experience managing national accounts in a B2B environment.
* Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related discipline.
* A proven track record managing $3M+ in annual revenue across multiple key accounts.
* Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capability.
* Demonstrated ability to grow complex customer portfolios.
* High financial literacy with strong analytical skills.
* Executive‐level communication and influencing ability.
* Experience within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, lighting or technical product environments (highly regarded).
* OEM or distributor channel experience (advantageous).
* Willingness to travel nationally (30–50%).
* Most importantly, you are commercially driven, strategically minded and accountable for results.
