Position Summary

Position Summary:
* Respond to guest requests for special arrangements such as transportation, dining reservations, or dry cleaning
* Handle unique guest needs and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction
* Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, special events, and activities in the surrounding area
* Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, and concerns
* Coordinate with other departments, such as Housekeeping or Bell Services, to resolve guest requests quickly and effectively
* Monitor the club lounge, ensuring seating availability, guest comfort, safety, and service quality
* Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation for smooth handovers between shifts
* Deliver warm, genuine guest service that reflects Marriott’s brand standards and commitment to excellence
About You:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to remain professional and composed while handling multiple guest requests
* Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful guest connections
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting team goals
* No prior experience required, but a background in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
