Job Description
This is a dynamic and collaborative role that requires an experienced Educator to lead our educational programmes.
As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for observing, informing and continuously improving our educational programmes in collaboration with peers.
Key Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Senior Educator level)
* Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards Passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom, engaging educators, families and children to implement the educational programme
* Ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
* Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
* Share best-practice examples to enhance the education program
* Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
