We are looking for an experienced SAP QM/PP/Manufacturing Lead consultant to join our team to work on an exciting S4 HANA project.
Location – Auckland, NZ / Melbourne, AU / Sydney, AU (Occasional Travel required to Auckland, NZ)
Mode of employment: Full-Time
Responsible for leading the Configuration work in Production Planning and all associated sub modules of SAP S4HANA (QM)
Responsible for designing the Integration processes with other modules and end to end flow of accounting documents.
Writing functional specifications for complex customizations
End to end impact assessment and flawless solution design
Responsibility for completing client deliverables as per project timelines.
Develop and coach junior members in the team. Work collaboratively with client team, other partners in a multi-vendor environment.
Experience
At least 3-5 years SAP S/4 HANA End to End implementation experience in SAP PP with in-depth understanding of the below modules in SAP PP
Planning & Forecasting – MRP
Master data – Materials, BOM, Routing, work centers, production tools, Variant configuration (Class, characteristics and their assignment)
Should have experience working with APO/O9 and Process Manufacturing
Good knowledge of Integration with other SAP modules like SAP SD, SAP QM and SAP FICO (Product costing).
At least 3-5 full project lifecycle implementations with the SAP S/4 HANA PP/QM with at least one Greenfield Implementation project experience
Experience in leading Fit-To-Standard Design workshops
Knowledge in Extended Warehouse Management systems will be an added advantage.
Certification in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning or Quality Management module.
