This established debt collection agency has built a fantastic reputation in the industry for their excellent performance. The firm has great training and an induction process as well as continued quality training. There is no barrier to progression within this company. Now looking for an Administration Officer to join their team in Western Sydney, close to the train line.
**Duties within this role include**:
- Cross reference the company trust account - with funds owing
- Using the software 'Collect" on a daily basis and cross referencing - assessing that funds have also hit the bank account, not defaulted or bounced
- Reconcile/cross reference funds owed
- Work in a team of 5 administrators
**Skills and personal attributes**:
- Must have excellent attention to detail and be good with numbers
- Will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritising tasks
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Great problem solver
- Intermediate excel user
- Demonstrated literacy, numeracy (sound report and letter writing skills) and computer keyboard skills of a high standard, with emphasis on word processing and spreadsheets.
- Able to work to KPI's
- Must be a permanent resident or Australian Citizen
