Here's what you'll bring:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
Availability to work between from 7am-6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
Current Working with Children Check (QLD Paid Blue Card).
Ideal to have:
Child Protection Certificate
Food Safety Certificate
Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
The Centre
Guardian Kallangur is a brand-new 103-place Centre opening in January 2026.
With six purpose-built rooms spread across two levels, and its own on-site carpark, the Centre has been thoughtfully designed for both children and educators.
Our two spacious outdoor areas feature sandpits, climbing equipment, and a garden, creating natural spaces for play, exploration, and discovery.
Inside, light-filled learning environments will nurture curiosity, wellbeing, and connection for children.
As a foundation team member, you'll have the opportunity to help shape a warm, welcoming community and bring Guardian's high-quality education and care to life in the heart of Kallangur.
