**Job Description**:
**Your New Role**
We have an opportunity for a Material Planner. This position will see you engage with various stakeholders across the enterprise.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement Operations and liaising within project teams, this role will see you;
- Support our procurement lead of our Airborne Solutions line of business
- Work across both Direct & Indirect Procurement Requirements
- Provide support to other key projects and support other procurement representatives / officers as required;
- Contribute to solutions to complex problems faced by stakeholders;
- Management of procurement requisitions, invoicing and closeout;
- Contract creation in contract management system;
- Review & approve all Airborne solutions NPO (Non-Purchase Order) requirements via ERP & non-ERP systems & processes
- Generation of standard reporting across the procurement function;
- Collaboration with US and Australia based accounts payable teams for vendor set up, in country vendor invoice processes
- On the ground Subject Matter Expert advising key stakeholders on policy and process

- Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in tight timeframes
- Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in new tools and systems
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders
- Proven experience in identifying issues and providing positive outcomes
- Flexible, can-do attitude and demonstrated proactivity
- Non-negotiable on ethics and strong collaboration skills
