Your Responsibilities
- Handle and manage all incoming buyer enquiries
- Conduct open inspections and private appointments
- Build rapport, qualify buyers, and progress them through the sales journey
- Negotiate and close sales with professionalism and confidence
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Provide weekly reporting and updates directly to the Managing Director
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in residential sales (apartment sales highly regarded)
- Immaculate presentation and professional communication skills
- Confident, articulate, and able to build trust quickly
- Positive attitude with the ability to handle pressure
- Robust organisational skills and ability to self-manage
- Driven to achieve results while maintaining exceptional client service
- Must operate under your own ABN as a full-time contractor
