What You'll Be Doing
The administrative position will be working for the Department of Adolescent Medicine collaboratively with the multidisciplinary and medical teams within the CICADA Drug and Alcohol Service and Eating Disorder Service located at The Sydney Children's Hospital Network Randwick campus.
The NSW CICADA Centre offers Care and Intervention for Children and Adolescents affected by Drugs and Alcohol. It is a lifespan approach in a paediatric tertiary hospital with three clinical streams; Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder Service, Family Drug and Alcohol Service and Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Service.
The Administration Officer will be an integral part of the Adolescent Medicine team in supporting both the CICADA Adolescent Drug and Alcohol Service and Eating Disorder Service.
The position will personally assist the Clinical Leader (Staff Specialist) as well as provide administrative support to the staff specialists and allied health of the Department of Adolescent Medicine based on the Randwick campus.
About You
* Demonstrates exceptional organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a high workload, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
* Demonstrates PA experience desirable.
* Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team as well as independently.
