A unique opportunity exists to join a reputable leader within the technology sector to support their friendly, tight-knit team as an Administration & Compliance Officer on a permanent basis.
A newly created opportunity, this role offers the right individual the chance to take full ownership of the compliance function and become the key go-to for this area.
An average day in this role will look like:
* Working closely with senior management to develop and document key policies and procedures across various parts of the organisation
* Working across the business with all departments to develop and document a range of process types to support ongoing compliance needs and requirements
* Documentation, compliance, and ongoing administration required to maintain security clearances
* Supporting the business development team with preparation of bidding and contractual documentation required to win large contracts
* Supporting the sales team with preparation and ongoing upkeep of supplier information, including insurance details and capability statements
Previous experience is not the most important part of this hire, however we are seeking some experience in administration, and someone who has a true affinity for data, quality and accuracy.
You will also have the opportunity to take part in the organisations in-house training academy, which provides coaching and development across many areas.
This role is based in Macquarie Park, and offers a bonus and work from home options after a period of time, along with great work-life balance.
