**Your Role**:
As the Product Support Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Product Manager to plan, coordinate and execute a Partner Transition Program that will involve the migration of existing Enterprise Mobile Customers onto a new solution.

**Your Duties and Background**:
- You will liaise with the virtual team of vendors and stakeholders to deliver the desired outcome.
- You will work closely with the Senior Product Owner to deliver the strategic vision, create a transition plan, deployment through to completion.
- You will develop business timelines for each enterprise customer with the sales leads and product owners to create and manage the workflow.
- You will be confident in supporting BAU activities such as pricing request activities and the production of Statement of Work (SOW) contracts for new enterprise opportunities.
- You will create visual artefacts to facilitate the process and status and document customer requirements.
**Your Desirable Criteria**:
Ideal experience and qualities within
- You have experience and achievement managing agile programs at an enterprise level
- Previous background exposure to Mobile Products with a technology background
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management and negotiating experience
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- You have Program Management experience of 5 years or more.
- You have experience with commercial agreements, contracts, legal, sales, product, and operations.
- Project Management Qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK and Agile) or other recognised Project Management qualifications
