RACV City Club is searching for a Permanent Part Time Spa Hostto join our dedicated team that aims to ensure every experience is ultimate bliss.
As the Spa Host, you will provide administrative support to our Day Spa Therapists and Day Spa Manager. You will be stationed at the reception desk and be the first point of contact for clients, as well as being responsible for processing payments, taking reservations, allocating therapists rooms and equipment, and stock control.
This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is currently finishing off their qualifications in Beauty Therapy and is looking to get their foot through the door.

About the Opportunity
One Spa is a beautifully architecturally designed space, open 7 days a week to our guests and the general public. One Spa has peaceful views of the water gardens, where guests can relax, unwind and retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Responsibilities
* Customer service at reception: answering the phone, taking reservations, managing appointment availability, confirming bookings, and processing payments.
* Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, folding towels & robes.
* Stock control, general back-of-house duties, and managing lost property.
* Promoting One Spa products and services.
* Providing administrative support to our Spa Manager and Spa Therapists.
What You'll Need to Be Successful
* Day spa/beauty reception experience in a 4/5 star hotel/resort or similar environment.
* Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver superior quality customer service.
* Strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook and written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of a booking system is an advantage.
* Ability to be organised, multi‐task, prioritise and work in a fast‐paced environment.
* Reliability and the ability to work effectively in a supportive team environment.
* Exceptional personal presentation & grooming.
