This is a senior leadership position for someone in Real Estate who wants to step away from selling or leasing and instead focus on what drives a high-performing business: operations, accountability, systems, culture and performance.

We are now seeking an experienced Head of Growth & Culture to lead the operational rhythm of our business by protecting the organisation, elevating our people, maintaining compliance, and driving performance across our entire group.

Key Responsibilities People, Culture & PerformanceOwn and lead employment, onboarding, training, performance management and annual reviewsUse our values and minimum performance standards to reward, coach, promote or manage underperformanceIdentify high-potential team members and support their growth and developmentRetain the team members we want to retainRisk, Compliance & GovernanceProactively mitigate grievances, compliance risks and unnecessary business exposureOversee all compliance obligations across the groupLiaise with key industry bodies including REEF, REI NSW and NSW Fair TradingEnsure leaders are informed, trained and compliant with all regulatory changesTraining, Systems & ExcellenceSchedule and coordinate internal and external training across all departmentsTest, train and measure compliance and role-specific knowledge quarterlyMaintain Real Estate Central as the single source of truth for procedures, scripts, expectations and complianceOperations & Leadership SupportAssist with day-to-day office operations and problem-solvingOversee IT, phone and tech issues where appropriateWork closely with service providers and consultants to ensure alignment with our culture and objectivesAct as a trusted advisor on people, risk and culture matters
About You You are:A confident, values-driven leader who is comfortable making tough decisionsHighly organised, process-driven and compliance-focusedCommercially minded, you understand that people strategy impacts profitabilityCalm under pressure and skilled in managing sensitive conversationsPassionate about culture, accountability and continuous improvementYou will likely have:Senior experience in HR, People & Culture, Operations or ComplianceStrong knowledge of employment frameworks and workplace riskExperience implementing performance management frameworksExceptional communication skills and leadership presenceA genuine desire to raise standards and leave things better than you found themReal estate experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
