While sales targets and commissions are part of the role, what we're really looking for is someone with a solid retail background, a strong sense of professionalism, and the willingness to grow into something new. Key Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service in a consultative, non-pushy retail environment
* Learning and understanding our product range to confidently assist customers in finding the right solution
* Maintaining store presentation and ensuring a welcoming environment
* Supporting day-to-day operations including processing sales, handling inquiries, and working collaboratively with the wider team
* Meeting achievable sales targets and earning commissions based on performance
* Contributing to a positive team culture and smooth store operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in retail or showroom-based sales
* A mature, down-to-earth approach and a genuine interest in helping customers
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
* Eagerness to learn a new industry - training will be provided
* Availability to work weekends on a rotating roster
