Join our team as a Disability Support Worker We are looking for experienced support workers to support a 15-year-old male with high needs. Please only apply if you are available to do fortnightly permanent shifts + one weekend per month.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide overnight support and ensure a safe, calm environment
* Assist with morning and bedtime routines
* Support with personal care
* Prepare meals and snacks
* Transport to and from school and community activities
* Encourage independence, communication, and confidence
* Maintain accurate shift notes and follow care plans

About You
* Compassionate, patient, and respectful
* Experience supporting young people or individuals with disabilities (required)
* Comfortable providing personal care and overnight support
* Full driver's licence and reliable vehicle (with comprehensive insurance)
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid/CPR
* Ability to work alongside another worker and communicate effectively with the family and care team
