**The Client**

Projects span all industry sectors including residential, retail, commercial, industrial, master-planned communities, and resorts.
**The Role**
Our client requires a temp Marketing Assistant who can support the existing Marketing team to ensure all marketing activities are delivered to an exceptional standard
**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with Marketing Manager and Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement events, activations and installations according to set activity plans.
- Help in the delivery of tenant welcome initiatives and retail campaigns.
- Coordinate event and activation logistics (bump-in and bump-out).
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and support the implementation of marketing campaigns to promote activities according to set activity plans.
- Source and coordinate unique content for social media posting
- Draft campaign briefs including graphic design briefs, photography, videography and briefs.
- Support influencer engagement initiatives including monitoring and reporting on engagement outcomes.
- Liaise with customer facing team members, to ensure clear and open communication of marketing initiatives.
- Manage the front-end promotion of precinct retailers, ensuring all web, app and way finder content is accurate and up to date.
- Take responsibility for the coordination of precinct digital signage platforms (elevators, Way finders, lobby totems).
- Collation of data and information for the monthly management reports.
- Maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and contractors.
- Provide administrative support of the marketing budgets including raising of purchase orders.
- Other administrative and general marketing duties as required.
**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing administration capacity or a similar
- Customer-orientated with demonstrated ability to understand the needs of the target audience and how to channel these insights into marketing activities.
- Experience in Adobe CC Suite (Writer, InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) preffered but not essential
