Business Development Administrator

This role provides administrative support to the Business Development team, focusing on data entry and maintenance of internal systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative tasks, strong writing and communication skills, and be comfortable using databases.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Client Management System (CMS)
* Assist with conference and outreach preparation, including logistics and materials
* Coordinate translation and printing of Business Development materials as needed

The successful candidate will possess a high level of organizational skill, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks according to predetermined timelines.

We value a fast-paced environment and collaborating within a supportive team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, along with past experience with data entry and client management systems. They should also be proficient in SharePoint and databases.
