As the Associate Research Director, you will play a critical role in leading qualitative research initiatives, overseeing a team of skilled researchers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality research projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement qualitative research strategies and methodologies
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand research needs and develop research plans that deliver actionable insights.
Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance and support throughout the research process.
Communicate key findings through reports and presentations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., market research, sociology, psychology)
5+ years of experience in a social and market research or evaluation setting
Experience conducting end-to-end primary qualitative market research projects (for example coercive control or investigating gender biases)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
