About the Role:
ADSSI Limited has provided home and community services for over 35 years, supporting thousands of Australians to remain living safely and independently in their homes and local communities.
>We are currently seeking two compassionate permanent part‑time Qualified Community Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Beresfield.
The available shifts are:
- Position 1: Sunday to Thursday
- Position 2: Wednesday to Saturday

You’ll be providing personalised, person‑centred care to older individuals and people living with disabilities, supporting them in their homes and local communities. Your role will be to assist with daily living, encourage independence, and promote dignity, wellbeing, and connection.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Transport to appointments or social activities
- Assistance with personal care
- Welfare checks
- Meal preparation and light housework
- Medication assistance
- Shopping and companionship
- Respite

About You

Essential Requirements & Attributes:
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home & Community) or equivalent Aged Care Qualification (industry experience preferred).
- Or, hold another suitable qualification, for example AIN / Disability SW.
- Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Current or willingness to obtain Police Check & Working with Children Check (WCC)
- You’re empathetic, patient, and a strong communicator
- Self‑motivated, reliable, and thrive in a supportive team workplace
- NSW Driver Licence and a Certified Safe Driving Record (acquired through Service NSW)
- A reliable, well‑presented vehicle with comprehensive insurance cover
