The right profile
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take the lead on shaping high-impact product and growth experiences that help more Australians not only discover, activate, and realise value from Selfwealth by Syfe, but improve the way they manage and grow their long-term wealth. You'll focus on building innovative products, driving customer engagement, and bringing our proposition to life across digital touchpoints. This role sits within a broader product team, with scope to collaborate across other key experiences like trading or future growth domains.
To succeed in this role, you'll need passion for driving change and innovation, strong product instincts, a bias for action, and an ability to collaborate across marketing, data, engineering, CX, and operations. You'll thrive on accountability, navigate ambiguity with clarity, and always keep your eyes on what matters most: getting more Australians invested, smarter and simpler
Key responsibilities
* Drive the product roadmap and build the next evolution of investment product solutions for Australian investors
* Lead and optimise key product journeys that contribute to growth and early customer success.
* Collaborate with marketing on offer design, messaging, and activation flows.
* Identify and improve onboarding and funding opportunities to reduce friction and accelerate time to value.
* Use behavioural and performance data to prioritise improvements.
* Align product positioning, features, and flows to amplify value.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of product experience in onboarding, activation, or consumer growth roles.
* Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or fast-moving digital product environments.
* Skilled at leading cross-functional initiatives across product, marketing, and CX.
* Hands-on with product analytics, funnel optimisation, and journey design.
* While it's not necessary to already have deep finance knowledge, you should have a passion for investing or a strong desire to learn quickly in this space.
