Position Title: District Manager - Digital SalesReporting Line: Sales ManagerLocation: Fortitude Valley, Queensland, Australia
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of ADP's product and service offerings through training sessions.
Identify prospective clients and sales opportunities within the designated market segment (1-199 employees).
Identify and pursue additional sales opportunities, promoting ADP's products and services through industry networking functions.
Be a self-starter/motivator who consistently achieves and exceeds sales results and KPIs as set by ADP.
Effectively manage the cold calling/tele prospecting lifecycle.
Be resilient and tenacious in the face of sales opportunities.
Record and manage all client contact and sales-related intellectual property within the CRM.
Monitor and report on competitor activity and capability.
Experience / Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years of Business-to-Business sales experience.
Previous experience in a solution sales environment.
Proven track record of identifying, hunting and closing recent business.
Demonstrated ability to explain complex systems to non-technical clients.
Experience developing proposals and quotes.
Experience networking at industry events and completing sales forecasting.
Experience creating and delivering sales proposals and presentations; sales scoping and qualification.
Knowledge of sales channels and how to leverage them to build pipeline.
Certifications / Qualifications
Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience within Business / Management / Marketing discipline.
