Position
* Managing a mixed‑use portfolio of residential & commercial low‑maintenance complexes
* Liaising with owners/tenants
* Arrange quotations, repairs and maintenance for works required
* Running AGM's
* Periodic inspections
* Support from an Assistant + Admin support
Criteria
* Experience managing your own portfolio in strata
* Current property manager registration and valid driving licence
* Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
* Must have excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
* Excellent understanding of relevant compliance requirements
* Excellent time management skills
