FCO Quality Improvement Manager Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic team and drive quality improvements across all facets of Financial Crime Operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for unlocking insights, working with stakeholders to prioritise quality improvement initiatives, and tracking status to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, they will provide quality reporting to various forums, including external regulators as required.
* Act in a confidential manner to maintain confidentiality of the Group's policies and processes.
* Build effective relationships with stakeholders, including peers, leaders, QA and L1 Risk partners, FCC and technology delivery teams.
* Analyse data to unlock insights and deliver them to FCO operational teams and relevant committees or governance forums.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in Financial Crime Operations or Deterrence, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and proven stakeholder management experience.
