You are a dedicated individual who will respond to all customer enquiries in an accurate and timely manner. This role is perfect for someone with previous retail and contact centre experience, who can demonstrate their passion for customer service and provide solutions to our customers based on our product range.
About the Role
This diverse position involves supporting our customers with their sales and technical enquiries. You will be responsible for providing support over the phone, via email and web chat while liaising with the product team, logistics providers and the warehouse to ensure resolution of all customer enquiries. Utilising your technical knowledge to resolve queries and taking ownership of any admin duties required for your customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Previous experience in a retail or contact centre environment
* A minimum of one year of retail or contact centre experience
* Technical or electronics background knowledge (favourable)
* Professional communication skills
* Confidence in dealing with difficult customer situations
* Solution focused mindset
* Willingness to learn new skills and succeed in the business
