Echuca Regional Health is seeking a visionary leader to oversee the nursing and midwifery portfolio, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care across the organisation.
The successful candidate will provide expert leadership in clinical governance and operational delivery, leading the development of the nursing workforce and shaping service delivery through innovation and a culture of continuous improvement.

A current practising registration as registered nurse with AHPRA and post graduate qualifications will be essential. Midwifery qualifications or experience leading a midwifery team will be highly desirable.
The health service employees approximately 1000 staff and provides services across the lifespan, including community services, population health, acute, sub-acute and residential aged care.
