About the role
Are you passionate about connecting great talent with amazing opportunities? As our Group Talent Acquisition Coordinator at the JPL Group, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our teams across the business. Based at our Summer Hill Support Office in Sydney, this role is a full-time, five days per week in-office position where you'll be working closely with hiring Managers and HR. You'll support the end-to-end recruitment process, from crafting compelling job ads and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and building talent pipelines. You'll also contribute to recruitment reporting, process improvements, and exciting projects that drive innovation and best practices in talent acquisition. What will you do?
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities across the group, supporting hiring Managers and HR to deliver a seamless hiring process.
Manage job postings across internal and external platforms, including job boards and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency and brand alignment across our three jewellery brands.
Screen applications, schedule interviews, and liaise with candidates to provide timely and professional communication throughout their recruitment journey.
Conduct reference checks and assist in pre-employment processes including background checks and documentation compliance.
Maintain accurate recruitment records, dashboards, and trackers to ensure data integrity and enable effective reporting.
Support the development and execution of talent sourcing strategies, talent pooling and proactive candidate engagement for key roles.
Work with the HR team and our retail leaders to support hiring, internal moves and employee changes across the business.
Assist with recruitment projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
The sparkle we're looking for
You'll bring at least two years of recruitment experience, ideally from an internal talent acquisition role.
A qualification in HR is a plus, but if you've got the experience, we want to hear from you
You have a proven track record of finding and engaging great talent, even for the toughest roles.
You're a confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner that leaves a great impression.
Organisation and attention to detail are your superpowers – you love keeping things on track.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines with ease.
You're tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
You're self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
