We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in the Queanbeyan/Yass Region. The successful candidate will provide help and care to individuals, enabling them to live independently.

About the Role
The Support Worker will be responsible for providing personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and meal preparation services to our clients.
* Personal Care: Assisting with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Domestic Assistance: Helping with household chores and maintaining a safe and healthy living environment.
* Social Support: Providing companionship and engaging clients in activities that promote social interaction and well-being.
* Transport: Accompanying clients on outings and appointments, ensuring their safe transportation.
* Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Individual Support (aged care and/or disability) or be working towards it. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience when working with diverse client groups.
