Do Work That Matters:
This client-focused role aims for top client satisfaction. You will gain exposure to a broad range of business segments and sophisticated Commercial Banking deals, providing research and analysis, and building trust to strengthen client relationships.
More specifically, you will:
* Perform financial modelling and analysis to evaluate the risks and opportunities of new lending and to support strategic decision-making.
* Analyse current and prospective clients using financial and non-financial data to prepare accurate and timely loan applications.
* Work with relationship executives to understand clients' needs and achieve outstanding results.
* Collaborate with product specialists, generate reports, and monitor performance.
We are a high-performing team seeking the same qualities in you, specific experience and skills will include:
* Experience in business banking, writing credit, annual reviews, and reporting.
* Seeking a career boost from a T1 or T2 accounting firm.
* Solid understanding of balance sheets, profit & loss and ideally, loan structuring, and securities.
* Ability to work within a team environment, taking feedback from numerous internal and external stakeholders
* Confident communicator at all levels, accustomed to complex, deadline-driven environments.
* Demonstrable aptitude for learning and genuine interest in a credit analyst role.
* Qualifications in commerce, accounting, or related disciplines, especially those with or working towards a CA or CPA, are strongly encouraged to apply.
